David Boaz recently gave an absolute clinic on how to explain libertarian ideas and defend libertarian positions against a not always friendly talk show host and a few callers. The video can be found in the upper righthand corner of the main Cato Institute website. I’m not sure how long this video will be available, but I’d highly recommend watching it, especially to anyone running for office in the Libertarian Party.
Mr. Boaz was well-spoken, well informed, and assertive though not aggressive. Hopefully he was able to change some minds in the audience. It’s a shame that he openly says that he’s not a member of the Libertarian Party, but at least he uses the term openly.
